Good Faith Exam (GFE) – $40 A Good Faith Exam is a required medical clearance completed via virtual consultation with an advanced practitioner. This is a one-time payment and is valid for all services for up to one year. Although the exam is virtual, it will be completed in person at your appointment in the treatment room before any services are performed. This exam must be completed before any treatments can be done.
